1. What we Collect

   Each visitor to our sites will have their IP address logged, as well as any referring URI's. Information on page views; file access; downloads; and anything that is willingly submitted by visitors, such as profile information, is temporarily stored for internal purposes.

   Collected information is used to improve the content; layout; and flow of our sites, and is then discarded, permanently. We will not share your information with third party organisations for any reason.

   Cookies are parcels of text sent by our web server to your web browser the first time you visit us. From then, each time you view a page, the cookies are sent back to us for session tracking; maintaining your site preferences; and to authenticate logged in users.

4. Downloading

   All files linked to this site in an internal way, i.e. hosted by us, are free for use to anyone. We do however, have the right to make changes to; or even remove any uploaded files to reserve storage space.

   All downloads are available as is and downloading from this site is done so at your own discretion, or not at all. We are not responsible for anything going wrong once it leaves this site, although we will offer any help you may require upon an appropriate request from yourself.

5. Contact Form

   Any information which is sent to us will be treat with the strictest confidentiality. No-one else will view any of the details, and your e-mail addresses will not be sold.

   Replies will be sent out if and when necessary, and only then. No spam will be sent to anyone.

6. Coppa Policy

   Children under the age of 13 should always seek permission from parents before sending any information about themselves, such as their names; email addresses; and phone numbers, over the internet either to us or anyone else.

   We will not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to register with our community forums, or to provide any personally identifyable information to us, unless an appropriate coppa form has been received. Anyone found to be breaking the coppa terms will have their accounts deleted.

7. Community Forums

   Posts; comments; views; and opinions made or expressed within our community forums and its implimented features are those of the respective authors and not necessarily of Simplified Styles. We hold the right to punish any offensive behaviour should it require immediate attention. Everyone is entitled to a voice, and we will allow those voices to be heard.

8. Windows Live Messenger Skins

   All Windows Live Messenger skins available via this site are thoroughly tested on their specific release platforms, currently 8.5.1302.1018, and should not cause any issues. These skins may not be compatable with other versions of Windows Live Messenger, so use them at your own discretion.

9. Links to Other Sites

   Our sites may sometimes contain links to alternate websites operated and maintained by third parties. We have no control over these sites or their contents, unless otherwise partnered with, and express that you take care whilst viewing them. 10. Donations

    Donations are completely voluntary and there are no minimum requirements, which allows you to simply contribute what you can. If you would like to make a donation and have any questions, please feel free to send us a message via the contact form so we can say thanks and give you a mention.

    If we decide to change our privacy policy, in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice within our news area. The changes will become effective at the time of the notice being posted. Any new policies will apply to new; current; and past users of our sites, and will replace any older policies.
